Job Description
Ensure timely investigation of suspense account exceptions as required.
Manage record keeping and ensure adherence to the set standards.
Review refunds and reversals received on VISA/Master Card reports against system data and credit customers once justified.
Checking of all manual reversals and adjustments to card holders and ensure accuracy and correctness of reversals done.

Recommended:


Management of Card GLs and Control revenue leakages.
To take part in routine operations and management activities, as well as assisting the implementation and execution of management strategy.
Ensure appropriate Internal banking and Card/ATM operations controls are observed
Handling queries related to card operations from all stakeholders.
Timely submission of returns to relevant stakeholders.

Job Description
Facilitating first-contact meetings with potential KCB bank customers on digital channels.
Searching, assessing, accepting, and processing prospect customer applications for internet and mobile banking, agents, and merchants.
Conduct first time (activations) and routine trainings to approved customers on digital channels.
Ensure agent and merchant premises are branded (both internally and externally) properly by approved bank standards to ensure visibility by both existing and prospect bank customers.
Monitoring customer activities, ensure compliance to bank policies and procedures, and conduct periodic visits to their business places/premises (Relationship Management).
Growth of customer turnover and NFI as per the agreed target.
Manage customer relationships and ensure complaints/disputes are sorted on time.
Activation of dormant customers on digital channels.
Cross selling of other bank products.
Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Transaction Monitoring and Dispute Management at KCB Bank

Job Description
Monitoring of card fraud both on acquiring and issuing, through various application tools (VRM, MIGS, MPGS, GATEKEEPER, FIMI, and TWFA) and any other system available.
Resolving ECRM/ITSM Card related queries
Resolving of all card related queries emanating from e-mail, direct line requests, social media, and liaison with customer service/contact center on resolution.
Daily monitor online transactions and resolve all issues related to 3D authorization.
Work closely with sales team on obtaining supporting documents for disputed card transactions and ensure they are submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
Actively follow up on recovery of chargebacks from merchants with support from the sales and ensure all over dues are recovered.
