Identify and activate new clients within the assigned territory.

Recommended:


Ensure proper onboarding and registration of clients.

  • Customer Complaints Handling

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the branch sales team to ensure seamless customer support.

  • Pre-orders Management

Coordinate with the branch sales team (ASS and SRs) to handle pre-orders.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Implementation of Marketing Campaigns

Execute marketing campaigns and activations such as loyalty programs and promotions.

Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to activate and onboard new clients.
  • Strong customer handling skills, with a focus on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in working closely with sales teams to manage pre-orders and client requests.
  • Knowledge of executing and tracking marketing campaigns to measure customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
  • Ability to handle various tasks, adapt to new situations, and solve problems as they arise.
