Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: To serve NMB customers by determining their needs, answering their inquiries, and resolving their problems; making customers’ banking experiences easier, quicker, and more efficient.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
  • Convert complaints from unhappy customers into loyal, satisfied customers through professional and empathetic service recovery.
  • Log service statistics, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues (new and existing) and establish root causes, presenting findings to Contact Centre support officers and/or Team leaders.
  • Ensure all complaints are logged in the NMB CURE Tool and sent to Customer Experience Business Support; superb follow-up to fulfill promises made to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, standards, regulations, controls, and procedures of the bank.

Credit Risk Analyst (1 Position(s))

Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose: Responsible for safeguarding compliance in agribusiness lending practices and assisting in limiting credit risk exposure to acceptable parameters with reference to product papers, operating manuals, process flows, policies, procedures, Risk Appetite Statement, Regulatory environment, and other governance documents from a second line of defense perspective.

  • Drive and support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of the bank’s credit risk relating to agribusiness and climate risk.
  • Perform scheduled and event-triggered agribusiness credit portfolio reviews and ensure effective processes for identifying early warning signs.
