Prepare and present ad hoc and monthly
revenue assurance reports, trends,
dashboards and key metrics to senior
management.
Conduct regular audits and end to end
process reviews to identify inefficiencies in
current processes and recommend
improvements to enhance revenue accuracy
and reduce losses.
Implement and maintain comprehensive
documentation of revenue assurance
procedures and controls.
Provide analytical data/information to
support fraud investigation to regulatory
authorities as well as internal investigation.
Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance
revenue assurance tools and systems.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Strong analytical skills with the ability to
interpret complex data.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and data
analysis tools.
Knowledge of financial systems, billing
systems, and revenue recognition principles.
Attention to detail and the ability to work
under tight deadlines….

The Payroll Accountant at Tigo will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international standards. The role involves handling employee compensation, benefits administration, tax compliance, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursement.

  • Payroll Processing: Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including data entry, verification, and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Compliance: Ensure payroll processes adhere to legal requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Deductions and Contributions: Calculate and process deductions (e.g., taxes, pensions, insurance) and manage statutory contributions.
  • Reporting: Generate monthly payroll reports, including payroll summaries, variance reports, and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits such as leave, health insurance, and other compensations, ensuring they are accurately reflected in payroll.
  • Audits: Assist in payroll audits, both internal and external, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
