DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Typing letters, information and ordinary and confidential documents;
Recommended:
ii. Receiving guests and arriving at their problems and telling them where they can be helped;
iii. To maintain the information of the record of events, appointments, dates of meetings, trips of its Head and other work schedules;
iv. Searching for files and documents needed in the implementation of job duties;
v. Receiving files and distributing them to Officers in the relevant Department/Unit/Part;
v. Collecting, maintaining and restoring files and documents in relevant areas;
vii. Organizing extracts and making preparations for various sessions;
viii. Preparing a list of requirements for office equipment; and
ix. To do other tasks assigned to him by his Head of work.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma or NTA level 6
certificate. In addition, they must have passed the Kiswahili and
English Abbreviation course 100 places in one minute and obtain office
computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, E-mail and
Publisher from any college recognized by the Government.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the vehicle’s safety condition;
Sending employees to different places on business trips;
Doing small car repairs;
Collecting and distributing various documents;
Filling and keeping information of all trips in the trip book;
Cleaning the car; and
To do other work as directed by his Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
He should have a Form Four (IV) education and obtain a Form Four (IV)
test certificate. He should have a Class E or C driving license that he
has worked for at least one year (01) without causing an accident. He
must have attended the Basic Driving Course offered by VETA or NIT or
another Government-recognised College.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Officer and chief executive of the village government;
To manage the protection and safety of citizens and their properties, to
be a peacekeeper and administrator of good governance in the village;
Coordinating and managing the planning of village development plans;
Secretary of all meetings and committees of the village Council;
Interpreting and Administering Policies, Laws and Procedures;
To prepare information on the implementation of work in his area and to
motivate citizens in preparing and implementing strategies to eliminate
hunger, poverty and increase wealth production;
The leader of the heads of the specialized units in the village;
Manage, collect and store all records and documents of the village;
Chairman of the meeting of experts present in the village;
Receive, listen and resolve citizens’ complaints and disputes;
Supervise the formulation of village Bylaws; and
He will be responsible to the Chief Executive of the Ward.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a Fourth (IV) or Sixth (VI) education with a
Diploma/Certificate or NTA level 5 training in one of the following
fields: Administration, Law, Social Education, Financial Management,
Social Development and Art Science from colleges recognized by the
Government.
