Job Role
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
- Verify orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accept payments for delivered products.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and handle customer complaints.
- Adhere to designated routes and follow schedules to meet delivery times.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
