Ekium Tanzania Ltd (CONTRACTOR) as the main EITS contractor (Electrical Instrumentation and
Telecommunications Systems) for the EACOP project, invites application for an Administrative and Finance Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in office and staff administrations including stationeries, staff travels and accommodations.
- Ensuring proper office records keeping and preparation of daily cash balances.
- Take charge in the preparations of purchase orders, sales orders, credit notes and return to suppliers (RTS).
- Assist the Finance manager in the monthly preparation of VAT, TDS, PAYE and NSSF.
- Assist in recruitment functions, including pre-employment documentations, inductions, transport arrangements.
- Attending government office compliance requirements e.g. Licences and certifications.
- Any other administrative and finance duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Experience
- Tanzanian Citizen holding minimum a Diploma level degree required in finance, business administration, accounting/tax.
- Professional certificate ACCA/CPA will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years Working Experience.
- Experience in financial management systems, (i.e. QuickBooks) and in managing invoices.
- Strong ability to compile and analyse data through Microsoft excel.
- Work experience in international projects with multicultural teams is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage significant workload and competing demands while meeting deadlines

E.A.L.S Limited Tanzania as the Main Logistics Contractor for the EACOP Project, invites experienced and reputable organisations to express their interest in providing catering Services to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project.
The EACOP project involves the construction and operation of a buried, cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil from the Lake Albert area in Uganda to the eastern coast of Tanzania for export to international markets. The pipeline will run from Kabaale in Hoima District, Uganda, to Chongoleani, Tanga Region in Tanzania. The length of the pipeline is 1,443 km, of which 1,147 km will be in Tanzania.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
E.A.L.S Limited is inviting qualified suppliers to express interest in providing catering services. The service provider shall be expected to provide lunch meals at the E.A.L.S Limited office premises located at Kahama town Kagongwa, to serve approximately 20 staff every day from Monday to Sunday/7 days.
- Prepare and deliver cooked meal to E.A.L.S office premises ready-to-serve meals to staff every day from Monday to Sunday/7 days.
- Service Provider shall prepare meal plans and share with E.A.L.S Limited in a weekly basis to provide menu on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and share weekly reports with the E.A.L. S’s office.
- Daily cleaning and collection of garbage where meals shall always be served from.
- The contract period shall be ONE YEAR from the date of the start of the supply of meals with an option to renew it upon agreement
- of both parties.
- The service provider shall always maintain the highest standards required in all aspects including food hygiene, delivery
- schedules, and standards of transport methods.
- The service provider shall be responsible for maintenance and replacement in case of breakages of utensils used.
- Always have a commensurate number of waiters/waitresses to serve 20 staff efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Proof of registration with the Business Registration and Licensing Agency – BRELA.
- Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available
- Proof of registration/application to the EWURA Local Supplier and Services Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly
- Compliance with Petroleum (Local Content) Regulation, 2017 and Local Company Definition for Tanzania.
- Latest filled Annual Returns together with the payment receipt.
- Copies of government issued IDs for all shareholders.
- Company policies and procedures i.e. HSE, AML, Human Rights etc.
- Recent Audited Financial statements.
- Current and Past references; relevant experience in in the business of catering service.
- Provide evidence of compliance from relevant regulatory food handling bodies authority and licenses.

(hereinafter abbreviated as CPP) as Pipeline, Feederline & Above Ground Installation Contractor for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) Project invites experienced and reputable Contractors to express their interest in providing Camp Sewage Temporary Storage Bladder to the EACOP Project.
The EACOP Project involves the construction and operation of an underground and cross-border pipeline to transport crude oil for export to international markets. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Companies or organizations expressing their interest are invited to document their request with:
- Proof of registration with the business registration and licensing agency – BRELA
- Proof of registration with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest year available.
- Proof of registration/application to the EWURA Local Supplier Service Provider (LSSP) database at the time of submission of the response to this expression of interest is strongly recommended.
- Compliance with Petroleum (Local Content) Regulations, 2017, and Local Company definition for Tanzania.
- Fully filled Key personnel list with CV (Appendix 1) and Equipment list of production and inspection (Appendix 2) in requested format. (Blank is regarded as an unqualified item.)
- Similar supplying experience within the last three years (Appendix 3) in the requested format.
- Copy of certificates of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or equivalent of them.
- Technical requirements shall meet our relevant technical requirements documents refer to Appendix 4. (Supplier’s response shall be included in their documents submitted).
