DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Secretary of the Local Committee

2. Local Chief Executive

3. Coordinator of the implementation of Policies and Laws implemented by the Council in the Street.

Recommended:

4. Adviser to the Street committee regarding development plans in the Street

5. The supervisor who implements the Bylaws as well as other Laws that apply in the Street.

6. Adviser to the Street committee on matters of Defense and Security

7. The manager of the implementation of various strategies related to the elimination of hunger and poverty in the Street.

8. To manage the collection of the Council’s income and to keep the records of all taxpayers

9. Prepare and maintain a register of all residents of the Street

10. He will be responsible to the Ward Executive Officer.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed with a fourth/sixth form education who has graduated with a Diploma/Certificate (NTA LEVEL 5) in one of the following fields: Administration, Law , Social Education, Financial Management, Social Development and Art Science from the Local Government College Hombolo or any college recognized by the Government.
