Notice from the Chief Postmaster of the Tanzania Postal Corporation
The Chief Postmaster of the Tanzania Postal Corporation wishes to inform all applicants for various job positions to appear for interviews scheduled to take place from June 15, 2024, to June 21, 2024. Successful candidates from these interviews will be employed. The candidates called for the interviews must adhere to the following instructions:

- The interviews will be conducted on the dates indicated in the schedule of this announcement. The time and venue for each interview are specified for each position.
- Each candidate must have an identification document for verification purposes.
- Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, or an introduction letter from your local government (Ward/Village).
- Candidates must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and onwards, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Candidates presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- Each candidate is responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation expenses.
- Each candidate must adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- For positions requiring professional board registration, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL registration certificates along with their practicing licenses.
- All candidates are instructed to arrive at the interview venue forty (40) minutes before the scheduled interview time.
- Job applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should recognize that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and meet the requirements of the relevant announcement.
