Job Overview:
The Information Systems Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining, upgrading, and securing our information systems infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s information systems infrastructure, including hardware, software and networks.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Develop and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide technical support and guidance as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in information systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of our information systems.
- Experience with managing and configuring Azure Active Directory for user authentication and access control.
- Familiarity with PBX systems and VoIP technologies.
- Knowledge of SIP and related telecommunication protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of information systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks
- Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools for threat detection and mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
