Job Summary:
The Head of Services will be responsible for developing and managing workshop business operations to maximise customer and employee satisfaction, as well as business performance, ensuring that current service offerings meet customer demands and anticipating future needs for sustained growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and manage the workshop business and operations.
Maximize customer and employee satisfaction as well as business performance.
Ensure that the current service offerings meet the current customer
demands as well as develop them to meet future customer needs of uptime,
efficiency and profitability.
Implement and develop Services Sales, Workshop Operations, Technical
Support, Common Processes, Methods, as well as Efficient Organization by
successfully achieving the short, medium and long-term targets.

Use hands on coaching approach regarding processes, tools, standards and solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Managerial and leadership experience preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related B2B industry
- Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
