POSITION: AUTO – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (3)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Degree/ Diploma in mechanics or equivalent educations
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- 2+ years of experience
- Valid Driving License.
- Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards
POSITION: AUTO – CRUSHER MECHANICS (4)
Responsibilities:
- Promote a safe work environment for yourself and other employees.
- Perform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintained.
- Safely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on crusher, changes and routine maintenance.
- Shovel excess material away from crusher, screen or conveyors as needed.
- May conduct quality control sample testing.
- Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations.
- Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive relations and act courteous/respectful of others.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
- Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors.
- Proven experience handling multiple projects and priorities while maintaining tight deadlines; highly organized with attention to detail.
- Accurately complete crushing reports and other documentation as needed.
- Ensure OSHA safety and environmental regulation compliance.
- Operate skids Ter to clean up around equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- 2 years previous crusher maintenance experience.
- Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
- Conduct work area safety and mechanical inspections.
- Perform general maintenance, clean up and housekeeping activities.
- Operate support equipment such as bobcats, loaders, dozers, man lifts, fork lifts, boom trucks, cranes etc.
- Experienced in maintaining vibrating grizzly feeders, jaw crushers, cone crushers, screens.
- Valid driving license
- Candidates must agree to adhere to all HSE regulations, policies and procedures.
- Needs to be a team player, work well with others and follow directions.
POSITION: AUTO – ELECTRICIAN (1)
Responsibilities:
- Install new electronic components into vehicles
- Diagnose problems with the electronic components in vehicles
- Maintain and repair electronic components in vehicles and machines
- Utilize a wide variety of tools to repair parts as efficiently as possible
- Provide service with a cost and time estimate for the repairs
- Apply knowledge of automotive electronics, engines, and chassis
- Troubleshoot electrical systems on vehicles
- Perform maintenance on batteries and charging systems
- Inspect and test electrical connections and components
- Replace and install electrical connectors, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers

Requirements:
- Graduate of form four
- Experienced auto mechanic/electrician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in using electrical or manual tools
- Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards
