Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

1. Degree in Accounts and Finance
2. Minimum of 4 years working experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
5. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
6. Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred

Job Description:

1. manage financial systems and budgets
2. undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organization’s financial position)
3. Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
4. Examining expenses submitted by employees
5. Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow.
6. Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
7. Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management
8. Supervising accounting staff
9. Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status
10. Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
