Job Title: Administrative Assistant.
RFL INSURANCE BROKER LIMITED is looking to fill the role of insurance Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities for insurance assistant

Follows procedures and applies intermediate-level
administrative skills and business knowledge to prepare insurance
forms/documents (identification cards, certificates, endorsements,
schedules, ), correspondence, and process other insurance transactions
to provide customer service and support efforts to acquire and retain
profitable businessRFL INSURANCE BROKER LIMITED is looking to fill the role of insurance Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities for insurance assistant
Recommended:· Manage the daily operations of HCI and the services provided by the Risk & Insurance Department, while maintaining excellent customer service.
· Assists the executive(s) with preparing for meetings, including preparing materials, obtaining materials in advance, distributing materials, and keeping the executive on schedule
· Provides phone coverage and screens/triages calls and voice mail
· Optimizes travel arrangements (transportation, accommodations, agenda) based on the executive’s travel needs and preferences.
· Prepares, updates, and organizes information for inclusion in huddle boards, reports, correspondence, presentations, and budgets, and Edits documents for accuracy, format, and arrangement of material
· Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for the executive(s)
· Must be dependable, pay attention to details, and have the ability to follow/interpret procedures
· And other duties as assigned to support broker and service team
· Communications with both internal and external contacts

Qualifications· Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow standard procedures to accomplish routine tasks
· Ability to open, create and modify routine documents and enter/retrieve basic information from various applications and systems
· Ability to exchange basic information verbally and in writing
· Knowledge of insurance terminology desired
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional Insurance set up
· Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management
