1. CHEF
Duty & responsibility
·Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
·Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
Recommended:
·Cook food in a timely manner
·Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
·Inform wait staff about daily specials
·Ensure appealing plate presentation
·Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
·Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
·Monitor food stock and place orders
·Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
·Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
·Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
Requirement
·Proven work experience as a Chef（Hotel or high-class restaurant）
·Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
·Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
·Leadership skills
·Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
·Excellent time management abilities
·Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
·Familiarity with sanitation regulations
·Culinary school diploma preferred
2. Kitchen helpers
Duty & responsibility
a. Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
b. Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
c. Remove trash and clear kitchen garbage containers
d. Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
e. Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.

·Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
·More than 2 years of related experience is required
·Ability to drive a car
·Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
·Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving
4. SALE TRAINEE
Duty & responsibility
l Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
l Maintains and develops relationships with clients
l Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
l Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients
l You will have chance to become official sale after training
