 Call For Interview at TAKUKURU 2023  Tanzania’s Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau was founded to find corrupt officials. President Joseph Pombe Magufuli has been credited with strengthening the PCCB, which had previously been described as a “toothless dog”

 The PCCB was established by an act of parliament in 2007 and mandated by the law – (Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act No. 11 of 2007 (PCCA) – to prevent corruption, educate society about the effects of corruption and to enforce the law against corruption.

Recommended:

 The Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB), is a law enforcement institution established and mandated by the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Act No. 11 of 2007 to prevent corruption, educate the society on the effects of this problem, and enforce the law against corruption.

 


 If a person not expecting to be in office obtains a gratification by deceiving others into a belief that he is about to be in office, and that he will then serve them, he may be guilty of cheating, but he is not guilty of the offence defined in this section.

Read Also:

 Whoever abets any offence punishable under section 7 or section 11 whether or not that offence is committed in consequence of that abetment, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall be not less than six months but which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine.
