Job Summary:
We
are looking for a qualified Account Manager with a background in Sales
and marketing. He/she should have a background working with Payment
Gateway systems and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with payment gateway providers to resolve issues and manage integrations of new payment gateways.
- Mange promotions with the providers and pitch new marketing ideas.
- Analyze, assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- All other Ad Hoc duties expected.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with mobile money payment gateways (such as Mpesa, Tigo, Airtel, Halopesa)
- Experience as Account Manager or similar role
- Academic Certificates
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- High level of attention to detail
- Willing to work Day and/or Night Shift
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Interest in and knowledge of sports (soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, basketball, etc) an advantage
