Job Description:
- Stock management.
- Managing warehouse and inventory.
- Gate pass, Daily reports administration and legal matters knowledge mandatory
- Dealing with labour, labor contractors, sales man, drivers, security supervisors and to manage with team, reporting to the Store manager.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manages the growth and success of the team
- Coordinateion activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements, Responsible for planning of daily operations shift wise.
- Communicates with all relevant departmental casual or permanent employees to ensure delivery times are meet Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Communicates any changes in the order or delivery time and manage the store on well-organized ways.
- Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality. FIFO system and SOP follow strictly.
- Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Well organized discipline work culture necessary. Cleanliness and Housekeeping is the top Priority.
- Specific supervisor always needs to be time keeping in terms of Loading and Unloading.
JOB TITTLE:plant Engineer
Job description
We are looking for plant Engineer to plan, direct and coordinate the design, construction, modification, continued performance, and maintenance of equipment and machines in industrial plants, and the management and planning of manufacturing activities.
Responsibilities
- Overall experience and knowledge on Injection, Blowing, and plant machinery machines
- Experience operating, maintaining, repairing, or installing injection molding machines.
- Regular maintenance and spares knowledge mandatory
- Dealing with operator, technicians and management team , reporting to the plant manager.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning for plant maintenance weekly, daily and monthly.
- Manages the efficiency of the machine, proper documentation and maintain the routine check up data of the machine.
- Coordination activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements, Responsible for planning of daily operations shift wise.
- Communicates with all relevant departmental casual or permanent employees to ensure delivery times are meet Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Communicates any changes in the machine operation schedule on well-organized ways.
- Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality. Spares and all necessary requirements for the plant machine operation should not face any challenges due to the lack of machine maintenance.
Read Also:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or any other related field
- 3 years of work experience in Mechanical Maintenance, blowing and molding.
- Hindu, Gujirati, Kiswahili language is an added advantage
- Good incident analysis skill
- Good knowledge of safety legislation and rules
- Good oral and written communication skill
