Job Purpose:
To support the analysis, scoping of development needs, identify
solutions, monitor and evaluate different learning solutions put in
place.
Duration - One Year
Main Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative team environment and use proven instructional design methodologies to analyze learning needs; design and develop content; define measurement strategies and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Work with subject matter experts to prepare and enhance learning materials according to NMB's established frameworks of learning design.
- Create engaging learning course content with supporting media including audio, video, animations and graphics.
- Outline the concept for a course or curriculum, defining (needs for) the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches.
- Apply adult learning principles to instructional design when creating and sourcing engaging and effective learning content.
- Manage LMS functions which include monitoring course content, course approvals, and evaluation processes ensuring processes are completed within given timeframes.
- Define project schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working collaboratively with ICT department to set and maintain security roles and access levels.
- Develop quality assurance plans by conducting intensive analysis, identifying critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective actions related to e-learning utilization.
- Present in a classroom and online setting to ensure that Banking technical and soft trainings are completed in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Provide support, mentorship and train new and existing employees

Job Purpose:
- Responsible for marketing agribusiness SMEs products and services to grow assets and liabilities; generate leads, processing and assessing SMEs agri-credit applications, reviewing credit appraisals from Relationship Managers in Zones and Branch Relationship Officers.
- Responsible for analyzing performance of all agri-SMEs in a mandated area of operation against set budget and ensure compliance with quality standards of the agri-loans.
- Responsible to advice the Senior Coverage Manager Agri Retail and/or Head of Agribusiness Retail on implications and corrective measures for any business anomalies. In view of the job purpose, the Relationship Manager is expected to put forward business propositions and support product development team in modelling new products and services that fits agribusiness customers.
- Prepare action plan for implementation and achievement of assets and liabilities budget objectives for his/her area of operation.
- Review and advise the Bank on its pricing policy for agri-loan products and services from time to time based on feedback from the field.
- Come up with initiatives to improve customers' engagement platforms such as Business clubs, Agri Executive network and related Agri events.
- Monitor and Supervise all SMEs Agri-loans issued and disbursed in his/her area of operation/zone to ensure good and quality portfolio.
- Timely prepare periodical and ad hoc evaluation reports on Agri-SMEs performance on assets and liabilities (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly and quarterly).
- Plan, prepare and review marketing strategies for new and existing Agri-loan products from time to time.
- Monitor and ensure that all SMEs Agri-loan products delivery processes are working. properly and provide advice to the Head of Agri Retail for any improvement needed.
- Review credit appraisals from Relationship Officers that require Credit and CREDCO decision.
- Assist branches and zones to prepare budgets for Agri-SMEs assets and liabilities.
- Train and coach other Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers on various business best practices and processes in evaluating and assessing Agri-Loan applicants.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for growing both Liabilities (Deposits) and Assets from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), advising Business Banking department on business strategy, assisting SME Business Bankers /Relationship Officers/Branch Managers in recruiting business customers to ensure SME business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively selling SME deposits, lending and cross selling of other banks products( Forex, Fund Transfer, Internet Banking etc.)
- Appraise SME credit applications above the SME Business Banker limit from branches and provide recommendations for decision making
- Take a leading role in driving SME activity, through networking and promoting SME activity with SME Business Bankers and branch managers.
- Actively build the capacity of the SME Business Bankers through on-going mentoring and support in order to ensure quality credit application and Business Growth.
- Monitor and review the SME Business Bankers performance to ensure that the targets are met.
- Review with SME Business Bankers client feedback, market intelligence, workshops/focus group reports and review product design and performance to establish if change, redesign or re-launch is appropriate.
- Co-ordinate budget objectives of the responsibility area on the SME products to ensure targets are achieved as per approved budget.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for planning and directing the work of Agri retail Commercial Relationship Managers handling high profile agri-retail customers. He/She is responsible to growing both Agribusiness Retail Assets and Liabilities from the agribusiness high profile SMEs and emerging agri-corporate, advising the department on business strategy and guiding Relationship Managers in recruiting customers to ensure growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage planning and implementation of set budgets for growing the high-end agribusiness retail clientele for both assets and liabilities.
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation of Commercial Relationship Managers planned daily, weekly and monthly targets and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Providing guidance to Commercial Relationship Managers on recruitment, maintenance and retention of high-end agri-retail customers.
- Ensuring clarity around Agri-retail priorities and goals.
- Manage implementation of the financial budgets for agri-retail commercial assets and liabilities.
- Guide on talent identification and development processes for Agri retail Commercial Relationship Managers.

- Monitor and ensure that all agri-MSEs products delivery processes are working properly and provide advice to the Head of Agri Retail for any improvement needed.
- Actively build capacity of commercial Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers through training, mentoring and coaching.
- Manage the portfolio of both assets and liabilities ensuring health portfolios.
- Preparing budgets and projections for Commercial Agri –retail. The budget to include the list of existing, prospective customers to benefit from loans and other cross-sold products.
- Manage execution of commercial Relationship Managers' weekly pipelines for both assets and liabilities.
- Carry monitoring and evaluation of the set budgets by ensuring Commercial Relationship Managers' weekly and monthly sales targets are achieved within timelines.
- Manage performance of the Commercial Agri-SMEs portfolio by ensuring that PAR & NPL ratio are reduced and fall within the acceptable risk levels.
- To prepare and represent NMB in all customers' fora and ensure maintenance of high- level relationship and networking between the bank, customers and other stakeholders.
