As the overall technical and managerial lead in the laboratory services supported in the region, the lab supervisor is responsible to coordinate implementation of ICAP-supported laboratory activities in the region across all sites. S/he will work closely with his/her regional manager, facility coordinator, VMMC supervisor, and the central technical team to ensure high-quality laboratory services in both facility and community settings.

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Site Support Assistant (multiple positions) based in Mwanza, Tanzania.
Under the supervision of the Site Support Officer, the Site Support Assistant will support implementation of comprehensive HIV services provided in assigned health facilities (sites). The Site Support Assistant is responsible for providing direct technical assistance at the service delivery level in health facilities with the goal of achieving and maintaining HIV epidemic control through an array of HIV preventing, testing, and care and treatment activities.
