Overview
The
Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania, 1977 vests the
authority and responsibility to administer justice in the Judiciary of
Tanzania. The Judiciary has its foundation on Article 107A (1) and 107B
of the Constitution and states clearly about the Independence of the
Judiciary in the United Republic of Tanzania. Now the strategic plan for
Judicial Independence is focused in both form and content.
The Judicial Service Commission is a body created in accordance with Article 112 (1) of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania of 1977. In addition, the Judicial Service Act No. 4/2011 gives the Judicial Service Commission and its other responsibilities, the authority to recruit Judicial staff of various cadres.
Accordingly, the Judicial Service Commission announces jobs to Tanzanians with the qualifications outlined below for each job vacancy and who are willing to work in the Tanzanian Courts in various Regions and Districts to submit their job applications.

The Judicial Service Commission is a tool created for pursuant to paragraph 112 (1) of the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania of 1977. In addition, the Operations Act of Court No. 4/2011 gives it to the Judicial Service Commission.

1:2 Mandate of Judiciary
The mandate of Judiciary to perform its functions is obtained from the
Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania vide article 107 and its
primary function is to dispense justice with equity and compassion
according to laws of Tanzania.
