Role Purpose Statement
The
Contract Admin Coordinator is directly responsible for coordinating the
day to day of the Contract Admin activities performed by the Contract
Admin Specialists, who will be direct reporting lines. Work involves
leading and conducting activities consistently with the policies and
procedures in place maintaining the accuracy of the KPI’s and team’s
engagement to such KPI’s, as well as providing regular training to the
Contract Admin Specialists seeking for continuous improvement.
Key Interfaces: Internal – External
This
is a role that interacts internally with the Execution , Risk, Trading
and Legal departments across the regions Bunge serves, along with
interactions externally with Customers and Brokers.
Main Accountabilities
Supervise
and coordinate the day to day of the Contract Admin activities,
ensuring a timeliness and a high-quality service delivery.
Ensure that Contract Admin activities are performed in compliance with applicable policies and procedures
Produce, review and maintain all the reporting of Contract Admin metrics and KPIs
Input of purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments.
Allocation of futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing and overfill / underfill pricing.
Issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and review of third party issued contracts.
Support the improvement and standardization of processes across the locations that rely on shared service centres.
Support continuous review processes to identify opportunities that will help maximize value.
Knowledge, Skills and ExperiencDegree in Business Management , Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in international commodity companies.
Advanced in both written and verbal English and French. Desirable Spanish, German.
Proven experience within a commodity Contracts department (4-6 years) with a good understanding of GAFTA and FOSFA contracts.
Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office). Deep knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.

Position: Laboratory Manager

General purpose of the job:
Ensuring quality control and safety of the products up to their delivery to customers.
Interfaces:
Hierarchical (control, guidance):
He/She is subordinated to the Plant Manager and functionally to Regional Q&FS Manager
Manages the laboratory staff
Functional (cooperation, horizontal): with all departments and production units
Representation (cooperation, consultancy): represents the unit in all related third parties relations
Job goals:
Ensuring quality control and safety of the products up to their delivery to customers.
Direct and manage the Quality Department
Ensure compliance to laws and regulations for food and feed safety, product quality and risk management.
Monitor production methods, product safety, product quality and risk management.
Ensure quality in a product beginning with raw material processes and up
to the finished product, storage and shipping (lead HACCP)
Inspect products and production processes, suppliers, distribution
channels, including facilitating and assuring Q&FS, Look at any
areas of weakness and recommending ways to improve
Apply quality tools, methodologies and procedures in ensuring quality in
products or services. Ensure feedback from customers on QA of products.
Perform internal audits if needed to ensure the compliance with the QMS engaging all the stakeholders
Work closely with other managers and departments
Specific activities and tasks of the job:
Role: Responsible for controlling the quality and food-safety of products,
He/She manages the internal laboratory factory and is responsible for product quality and assurance in Bunge Barcelona
Key responsibilities

Monitoring of production parameters in order to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency.
Analyzing the quality, feedback and interpretation results for production or staff management.
Communicating quality control information to all relevant departments, suppliers or customers.
Creating and implementing inspection and testing criteria / procedures.
Keeping in touch with the local authorities for the purpose of annual assessments, regular inspections and possible authorizations.
The need to conduct research and development activities necessary in connection with any new projects or for the improvement of the efficiency of the actions undertaken by the management.

5 lab technicians working day time and on-call duty
