Job Description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Volunteer will be responsible for receiving the necessary MPESA requests from Advisors, reviewing them, preparing PVs for the same, initiate on the Vodacom MPESA Portal, post invoices on SBD, post payments on SBD, run weekly & monthly reconciliations, properly file all PVs and related documents as per the filing system in pace and any other task assigned by the supervisor as per the Treasury Unit
Qualifications
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
- Accuracy,
- Team player,
- Attention to details, high degree of integrity,
- Analytical
- Capable of meeting deadlines,
- Good communicator, able prioritize. SBD knowledge is added advantage.
- B.Com (Accounting), Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, Advanced Diploma in Accountancy or any business related study.
- Any work experience is added advantage
