Job title: Human Resource – assistant (HR) 1 POST 
Job description

• Good knowledge of Tanzania Labour Law
• Confident with proven interpersonal & communication skills
• Well understand the language English and Swahili. (Chinese an added advantage)
• Excellent IT skills
• Good Knowledge of IT skills
• Able to produce well-presented and accurate reports
• Capable of managing a challenging workload subject to change at short notice
• Innovative, easy and able to learn new cultural.

Minimum qualification and experience

• Having 3 years’ professional work experience in HR position.
• Good knowledge of Tanzania Labour Law
• Bachelor degree of Human Resources
• Swahili and English proficiency
