Job Summary
The Head of Section will be responsible to manage and lead a team of technicians/operators in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop.

Job Description
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a reputed automobile work-shop
Preferred Skill: Well versed with working of Caterpillar equipment, Sino trucks, Case and New Holland Tractors 
Responsible to manage and lead a team of technicians/operators in allocating workload and managing the day to day operations in the workshop. It requires to co-ordinate resources and to liaise with internal key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a quality standard. 

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations. 
  • Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs. 
  • Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with FMT Manager.
