Purpose of the Job
Provision of competent and efficient nursing support to high altitude
patients and other patients, including manning an emergency call centre
for helicopter medical evacuations. .
Key Responsibilities
• Provides excellent nursing care services to all patients. Such
services shall treat all patients with dignity, respect, care and
compassion, recognising their individual health beliefs, needs and
values.
• Provides a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors and other staff.
• Utilises evacauation and clinical care resources appropriately.
• Participates in quality improvement activities
• In rotation with other fellow Nurses, manages emergency calls from
the Mountain/Tour guides, patients or Tour Operators requesting for
medical evacuations or other kind of flights.
• Gathers all
essential information of the incident before initiating helicopter
evacuation or any other kind of flight (patient personal info/insurance
info, location, priority of emergency, etc.)
• Maintains clinical records including emergency calls in the system.
• Utilizes pre-defined protocol and standard operations procedure.
• Contacts all related teams to verify assignment locations and monitors dispatched units as when necessary.
Key Qualifications
• 3-year-Nursing Certificate from a recognised College or equivalent
• Valid Nursing License by the Tanzania Nursing Council
• At least 2 years of excellent working experience in Emergency Care Set-up
• Intermediate User of Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in both English & Kiswahili languages

Position: Senior Human Resources Officer (Re-advertised)
Job description
Purpose of the Job: Under the directives of the HR Director, provide
human resources generalist and administrative duties for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of HR generalist services to the line management and
employees; recruitment and selection, job description support,
performance management, remuneration grading, training and development
(including organising and assist in conducting HR related trainings, TNA
and Skills Matrix ), administering the onboarding and induction
programme for new staff as well as volunteers, facilitating disciplinary
process, handling staff grievances and CMA cases management.
Assist in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the annual HR Annual Workplan in line with the Company HR strategy.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures & practices.
Participate in all admin/operational duties as necessary.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from a recognised University or equivalent
Grasp knowledge of Tanzania Labour Laws application
Advanced User of Microsoft Office Suite
At least 4 years of excellent working experience in Human Resources cadre
Membership of Human Resources Society of Tanzania will be an added advantage
