ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Finance. This new Head of Finance role will oversee and lead the strengthening of all aspects of Restless Development Tanzania finance and administration, ensuring that the hub has world class systems, procedures, controls and people in place. The Head of Finance will also play a key leadership role in ensuring that Restless Development Tanzania is working to an ambitious, focussed, business model.
The Head of Finance will also work directly with the Hub Director,
the Head of Hub and the Senior Programmes Manager as a key member of
Restless Development Tanzania Leadership Team, and on occasion
may deputise for the Hub Director. This is an exciting but
particularly demanding role. Our candidate will have significant skills and
experience, but might not necessarily be an established Head of Finance.
You are likely to be a natural leader, and you will enjoy strengthening
systems and processes and building teams of people around you. You might be
looking to take on additional responsibility, or to develop experience in

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a key member of the programmes management unit and Restless Development Management team. A key challenge and performance requirement of this role is to ensure that, at all levels, Restless Development is gathering evidence and lessons learned and is communicating our results and impacts to key stakeholders, to better serve young people and to inform the youth agenda in Tanzania.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Managerwho will ensure the smooth running of all M&E systems across the organisation and lead the organization’s research, evaluation and learning activities – ensuring quality and accuracy in the way information is packaged and disseminated to internal and external audiences. You will ensure youth, volunteers, teams, and our partners learn from our work. Additionally, you will provide a helicopter view of our internal performance in programmes by consolidating monthly and quarterly data sets from across the agency to support organizational decision making, as well as donor reporting.

ENUMERATORS – KAGERA CLUSTER
Kagera Cluster has a plan to conduct READING ASSESSMENT at the programs that implement education project (i.e. Rukoma, Bushangaro and Mbuka). Thus seeks to recruit suitable enumerators to facilitate the said exercise. The vacancy is temporary and does not require permanent staff.
Qualifications needed as listed below
• University Degree (preferred)
• Diploma in any field
• Form six leaver (fluent in English)
• Experienced in data collection
Enumerators needed should possess the following skills
• Experience in working with children
• Not involved in child abuse incidents (to be evidenced by local authority)
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
• Can read and speak Kiswahili including understanding of the local indigenous language
• Having smartphone and able to use it.
• Communication skills
• Should not currently be working with World Vision, MOE or a teacher
