Description
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way around the office.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Any other work-related duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor.
Qualifications, experience and skills
- To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili;
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent qualifications.
- Have strong analytical skills and be capable of solving problems.
- Good networking skills, sound judgement and the ability to extract, interpret and present information and data.
- Good time management skills
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Good public relations skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
