TANZANIA NOTICE TO LOAN APPLICANTS TO VIEW THEIR LOAN ALLOCATION RESULTS
Follows these simple steps: To know your status, click the link below
‘Applicant’s Loan Status’ and enter your Form IV index number you used when applying for loans and password. To view your Loan allocation results click Loan Allocation 2018/19 on the left side menu Other batches will be released after completion of verification and admission procedures.
NB:The Board is Cautioning loan applicants to be careful with some unscrupulous individuals who might take advantage of this opportunity to make financial demands.
Reminding loan applicants that corrections of missing items is not a guarantee to be awarded loans.
Incomplete application forms will not be considered for further processing until the missing information is provided within specified time.
In case of any difficulties when using the system; applicants can always refer back to instructions or call HESLB Helpdesk through number +255 22 550 7910 or 0736 335566 between 8.00am to 8.00pm from Monday to Friday

Procedure to Apply
- Application for Higher Education Loan (OLAS) can be done through the following website : http://www.heslb.go.tz
- You have to login by clicking the "Click here to Apply" option in the website.
- Print out the application form and loan agreement appropriately and sign the same and attach necessary documentation.
- You can submit it to the Higher Education Students Loan Board through EMS or by registered mail to the following address. Also, applicant are advised to maintain a copy of the application form and receipt used for mailing the application for subsequent purposes of tracking the application form..
