Qatar Government Jobs-The electricity sector has witnessed remarkable development over the past years. The production in 4Q 2013 was reached 8755 MW while it was 4032 MW in 2008. It is a clear indication of the dramatic growing size of the electricity
sector in Qatar. That was also accompanied by a remarkable expansion in the size of electricity main transmission network. Main substations reached 240 substations in 4Q 2013 compared with 139 substations
in 2Q 2008 and 87 substations in 2000. Vital projects including the Pearl and Lusail were connected to the network as well. KAHRAMAA started early in 2008 with a 24 hour pumping cycle, an upgrade to the water distribution services. This is in line with the development of the main water transmission network, as efforts are exerted to reduce water loss through the replacement of old and aging pipelines. These replacements and new connections represent KAHRAMAA vital strategic projects.
The current 5000 KAHRAMAA water sub network is planned to undergo expansion to cope with the current urban development
