II. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT AND SCOPE
Under direct supervision of the Senior Human Resource Assistant in Dar es
Salaam, administrative coordination with the Resource Management Officer and overall supervision by the Chief of Mission, the following are the job responsibilities:

III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Schedule and Prepare interview room after date confirmations for the
interview taking place for different units.
Assist in following up and receiving candidates’ confirmations for scheduled interviews once invitations have been sent.
Assist to obtain the reference checks forms for candidates before the
interviews and following up with referees when they delay in response.
Assist to follow up with candidate on submitting the EOD (Entry on Duty) Medical tests, before candidate is on board.
File, arrange and label the HR folders in neat order.
Assist in preparation of staff introduction letters e.g bank letters, passport letters, and collecting necessary signatures.
Assist to collect manual finger print staff attendance from IT unit and compare with system records for any discrepancies.
Assist to verify TA’s received from staff, collect signatures and send back to the staff.
Any other duties that may be assigned

V. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Secondary school certificate/Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in human resource, Administration or related field.
• At least one year working experience in similar field
• Basic knowledge of computer skills
• Experience working in NGO’s or similar organizations
VI. LANGUAGES
Required

• Fluency in both written and spoken, English and Kiswahili

II. ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT AND SCOPE
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Human Resource Assistant, administrative coordination with the Resource Management Officer and overall supervision of the Chief of Mission the incumbent will be responsible for the responsibilities;

III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

General office cleaning, including wiping floors and windows.
Cleaning of IOM equipment and furniture such as computers, telephone heads and desks
Replenishing sanitary items as deemed necessary
Cleaning of toilets in the IOM premises
Ensuring that all bins are emptied regularly
Polishing wooden floors
Attending to curtains in the IOM premises as required
Ensuring that all outside environment are clean, other related duties required.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
